What fun being the little sister at your older sibling's wedding. A tradition has started from way back when, where the little sister in point gets to recite a poem or even have one written for and recited to her. And the joy this reading bestows when you are the little sister and get to be in the spotlight.......even if you don't want to.
Pretending to have laryngitis doesn't do any good. You still have to go through with it, and if you have several siblings, you get to suffer through it many times over.
